Customs Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Compliance Consultant to support customs compliance projects across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customs compliance work including documentation, product classification, and operational controls
• Review and improve existing customs processes and partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain customs-related data and assist with audit preparation and compliance project management

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in customs compliance or global trade compliance
• Strong knowledge of customs requirements, import/export controls, and international shipment documentation
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Ability to work independently in a project-based role with evolving priorities
• Familiarity with VAT or indirect tax concepts is helpful
