Customs Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting US import compliance, the full-time Customs Compliance Specialist will classify import items, maintain compliance data, and facilitate import clearance while working remotely from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.

Key responsibilities

• Classify new US import items using HTS codes and prepare binding ruling requests
• Maintain classification data and support compliance strategy through broker communications and KPI tracking
• Advise stakeholders on customs compliance matters and audit customs entries to resolve post-entry issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• LCB or CCS certification is a plus, along with SAP S4 experience
• Knowledge of HTSUS classification and 19 CFR regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
