Customs Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting U.S. import operations, the full-time Customs Operations Associate will ensure accurate and timely customs clearance while managing high-volume import activity and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily U.S. customs filing operations for Quince-managed import shipments
• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and validating shipment data for customs entry filing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customs clearance exceptions and ensure timely release of goods

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage
• Basic understanding of U.S. import processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments
• Willingness to learn
