Customs Trade Agent

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with US Customs regulations, the full-time remote Customs Trade Agent will coordinate documentation for the entry of goods, provide exceptional customer service, and manage data entry for import-related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and Government Agencies for goods entry
• Maintain and update all shipment documentation to comply with record-keeping requirements
• Process agency brokerage shipments and ensure adherence to international importing regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of experience using computer systems in a professional or educational environment
• Ability to perform data entry and navigate standard software applications
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive work independently
