Customs Trade Agent

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating documentation required by US Customs and Government Agencies for the entry of goods into the US, the full-time remote Customs Trade Agent will provide customer service, classify goods for customs release, and maintain compliance with international importing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process import-related documentation for submission to US Customs
• Provide impeccable customer service while maintaining shipment documentation compliance
• Work closely with internal staff and departments to ensure high service levels are met

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of experience using computer systems in a professional or educational setting
• Ability to perform routine tasks such as data entry and document creation
• Familiarity with navigating standard software applications and operating basic office equipment
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime during high volume periods
