Job Summary
To support a complex ERP transformation, the remote Cutover Lead for Workday ERP will manage the end-to-end cutover strategy, including planning and executing the transition from legacy systems to Workday, with a focus on two-phase go-live events scheduled for December 2026 and January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the master cutover plan and runbook for both go-live events, including task sequencing and contingency plans
- Coordinate cutover activities across various workstreams, ensuring effective management of interim operations between go-live phases
- Run the cutover command center, facilitating issue management and executive decision-making during the go-live process
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of ERP program experience with at least three full-lifecycle cutovers in a lead role
- Direct experience leading cutover from legacy ERP platforms to Workday
- Hands-on experience with full-suite Workday deployments (Financials and HCM)
- Proven ability to manage phased or split go-lives and interim-state operations
- Experience running a go-live command center with issue management and executive facilitation
