Cutover Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cutover & Conversions Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive cutover plans and lead cutover strategy sessions
• Oversee end-to-end data conversion lifecycle and manage mock conversions
• Serve as the central point of coordination across IT, business, vendor, and Epic teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic, specifically Tapestry
• Proven experience managing cutover and/or data conversion for large system implementations
• Strong understanding of payer operations, including claims and billing
• Experience with go-live planning and command center operations
