Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time CX Content Specialist will develop, organize, and maintain high-quality content that supports the Customer Experience team and cross-functional partners, ensuring clarity and consistency while managing content requests and knowledge bases.
Key responsibilities
- Create and refine CX content that aligns with brand voice and style
- Audit internal and external Salesforce content for accuracy and relevance
- Translate process maps and workflows into clear guides for CX team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content development
- Experience with content management systems and knowledge bases, Salesforce preferred
- Ability to convey technical information in an engaging manner
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
