Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Solutions Engineering Demo Environment Administrator to manage and optimize demo environments for Solutions Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain CX demo environments ensuring they are stable, secure, and sales-ready
  • Design and configure AI-powered Virtual Agents and chatbots for demo scenarios
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of demo environments
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar technical roles
  • Strong background in Contact Center (CCaaS), UCaaS, or related CX platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Virtual Agents, IVAs, chatbots, or conversational AI platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience managing SaaS environments
  • Experience configuring routing, IVRs, integrations, and reporting tools
