Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-create the Customer Experience Design strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with external partners for high-level service design projects
  • Develop in-house CX design capabilities and infrastructure for strategic design projects

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, or related field
  • Expertise in service blueprinting, customer journey mapping, and experience research
  • Capability building, training, and facilitating workshops for design practices
  • Experience in managing external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to champion customer-first design principles and drive organizational change
