Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Designer/Researcher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer development interviews and uncover critical insights
  • Design journey maps, concept storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with venture teams to test and refine concepts for new ventures or internal offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in CX, UX, or product design and research
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, or similar
  • Strong qualitative research skills, including interview planning, facilitation, and synthesis
  • Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, and rapid iteration
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
