Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Lead Generation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sustainable business growth by creating new contacts with targeted restaurants and non-commercial accounts
  • Collaborate with Territory Development Managers to schedule customer meetings and prepare for culinary ideations
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to target non-commercial operator leads and support unique Operator Groups in the market
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the Foodservice Industry
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Foodservice Industry
  • Experience in digital and data analysis, compiling action plans from insights
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and Power BI
  • Ability to engage with automated warm leads and implement an omni-channel contact strategy
