A company is looking for a CX Named Account Manager in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business advisor to customer executives, leading discussions on total cost of ownership and return on investment for cloud CX solutions
- Lead business discovery to define strategies for complex CCaaS solutions, ensuring seamless customer journey outcomes across various channels
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, showcasing business value and integrations with core applications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably in CCaaS/UCaaS
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level audiences
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is preferred
