Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain centralized dashboards for CX functions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues across CX systems and ensure timely resolution
  • Deliver actionable insights on customer trends and support ad hoc analysis requests
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CX Operations, or Analytics roles within a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfortable querying large datasets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as churn, retention, and CSAT
  • Experience collaborating with data, operations, and customer-facing teams
