Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain centralized dashboards for CX functions
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues across CX systems and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver actionable insights on customer trends and support ad hoc analysis requests
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CX Operations, or Analytics roles within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL and comfortable querying large datasets
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as churn, retention, and CSAT
- Experience collaborating with data, operations, and customer-facing teams
