Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or business operations
  • Proven experience designing and implementing business processes in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with business systems such as CRM and customer success platforms
  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into operational processes and guiding implementation
