Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Operations Transformation Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement core CX workflows across Customer Success, Services, and Support
- Translate CX leadership direction into operational processes and system requirements
- Define system requirements and guide IT teams through implementation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 12+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or business operations
- Proven experience designing and implementing business processes in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with business systems such as CRM and customer success platforms
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into operational processes and guiding implementation
