Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Partner Implementation Success Manager to lead a team of Technical Partner Advisors in driving successful partner-led implementations and customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of global Technical Partner Advisors while setting performance expectations
- Define and implement regional strategies for partner-led customer success and retention
- Maintain oversight of the customer portfolio, prioritizing efforts based on churn risk and expansion potential
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of technical experience with Customer Experience solutions, including 3 years in a management role
- At least 7 years of customer-facing experience
- Experience with CCaaS solutions and familiarity with CRM integrations
- Proven ability to manage teams delivering complex solutions for enterprise customers
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and security best practices in contact center environments
