Required Qualifications and Education

• 7+ years of relevant experience in customer experience and strategy
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing customer experience education programs
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops on customer journey mapping
• Practical expertise in AI/ML, with a proven understanding of the AI landscape
