- Build and develop the UX team's knowledge, skill set, and best practices
- Conduct research to inform user experience strategies and improvements
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience required; 7+ years preferred
- Experience in UX/CX research methodologies
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams
- Experience in analyzing user feedback and data to drive decisions
