Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Training Facilitator who will enhance the Customer Experience teams through effective training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing team development
  • Collaborate with the content team to improve training materials based on effectiveness
  • Analyze performance trends to identify learning opportunities and create tailored training plans
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a training facilitator role
  • Proven success in coaching or mentoring peers
  • Experience with training tools like Lessonly/Seismic Learning or Articulate/Reach
  • Strong understanding of modern training methods and e-learning platforms
  • Comfort with Salesforce in a support/training setting
