Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a training facilitator role
- Proven success in coaching or mentoring peers
- Experience with training tools like Lessonly/Seismic Learning or Articulate/Reach
- Strong understanding of modern training methods and e-learning platforms
- Comfort with Salesforce in a support/training setting
