Job Summary

CXO Consultant III is a full-time, salaried position focused on coordinating customer mobility journeys, enhancing customer experiences, and providing support across a large client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers to provide guidance and support throughout their mobility journey
  • Utilize technology to enhance customer interactions and ensure accurate information is conveyed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate authorized services for customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
  • 1 year of work experience in global mobility; 2 years in a customer experience or business operations role preferred
  • Fluency in English; other languages are highly desired
  • Experience with digital technology platforms and tools
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trust with diverse customer types
