Job Summary
A company is looking for a CXO Specialist-Member Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries from escalation and service recovery channels
- Conduct member outreach and collaborate with partners to facilitate a positive member experience
- Document member interactions accurately and support outcomes reporting in all systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Suite
- Bilingual skills preferred
