Job Summary

A company is looking for a CXO Specialist-Member Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries from escalation and service recovery channels
  • Conduct member outreach and collaborate with partners to facilitate a positive member experience
  • Document member interactions accurately and support outcomes reporting in all systems
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Suite
  • Bilingual skills preferred
