CXone IVA Integration Specialist
Job Summary
To lead the deployment and configuration of NICE CXone solutions, the remote contract CXone IVA Integration Implementation Specialist will design intelligent call flows, integrate CXone with enterprise systems, and ensure seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IVA workflows using NICE CXone Studio and associated vendor solutions
- Integrate CXone with CRMs and other systems via APIs, ensuring secure and scalable solutions
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact center technology implementation, with at least 2 years in NICE CXone
- Hands-on experience with IVA design and NICE CXone Studio
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- NICE CXone certifications (e.g., CIP, IVA, Studio) preferred
- Proven skills in documentation and stakeholder management
