Job Summary

A company is looking for a CXone Lead Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development support for a cloud-based contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced call flows using CXone Studio
  • Build and maintain custom IVR and ACD routing solutions to support complex customer interaction workflows
  • Integrate CXone solutions with external systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party applications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with NICE CXone in a development or engineering capacity
  • Strong expertise in CXone Studio, including building complex, fully customized call flows
  • Proven experience with IVR, ACD, and contact center technologies in a cloud-based environment
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and database connectivity
  • Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements
