Job Summary
A company is looking for a CXone Lead Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development support for a cloud-based contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced call flows using CXone Studio
- Build and maintain custom IVR and ACD routing solutions to support complex customer interaction workflows
- Integrate CXone solutions with external systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party applications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with NICE CXone in a development or engineering capacity
- Strong expertise in CXone Studio, including building complex, fully customized call flows
- Proven experience with IVR, ACD, and contact center technologies in a cloud-based environment
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and database connectivity
- Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements
