Job Summary
Supporting a vital cybersecurity program, the fully remote Cyber Awareness Training Coordinator will manage training initiatives, coordinate compliance tracking, and enhance employee engagement through awareness campaigns and educational content development.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives while maintaining plans and schedules
- Coordinate the rollout and administration of training programs, including monitoring employee training completion and compliance metrics
- Assist with phishing and social engineering exercises, including planning, execution, and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with LMS platforms and data reporting is highly preferred
- Ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to non-technical users
- Foundational cybersecurity knowledge is desired
