Job Summary

Leading a team of claims professionals, the full-time Senior Claims Manager, Cyber will manage Cyber, Media, and Technology Errors & Omissions claims, ensuring compliance with company procedures and providing exceptional customer service, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team handling Cyber, Media, and Technology Errors & Omissions claims, coordinating workflow and activities
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training opportunities, and establish team goals to foster a collaborative environment
  • Oversee the litigation process for high-exposure claims, ensuring valid claims are processed and maintaining compliance with internal and external audit requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in claims management, particularly in Cyber and Technology Errors & Omissions
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, legal pleadings, and claims processing guidelines
  • Ability to negotiate settlements and manage high-exposure liability claims
  • Claims adjuster's license or relevant professional designations as required by the company
