Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex cyber claims
• Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough investigations
• Negotiate settlements and prepare reserve and settlement authority requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Prior experience in the applicable specialty claims area
• Must be willing to obtain necessary adjusters' licenses
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
