Cyber Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

Independently executing vulnerability management processes, the full-time Cyber Communications Coordinator will serve as a subject matter expert, manage operational communications, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the vulnerability management team, providing support and troubleshooting
• Oversee end-to-end vulnerability management processes and monitor security advisories to identify and prioritize emerging vulnerabilities
• Produce executive-facing presentations and operational reports, ensuring timely delivery and clarity of communication

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or related fields
• Proficient knowledge of vulnerability management tools and cybersecurity frameworks
• Hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning and ITSM platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make independent operational decisions
• Excellent skills in producing executive-level communications and operational documentation
