Cyber Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a major client engagement, the full-time Cyber Communications Coordinator will independently manage the vulnerability management lifecycle, including monitoring, triage, remediation coordination, and executive communications, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on vulnerability management processes and act as the primary liaison between business units and the vulnerability management team
• Independently execute vulnerability management processes and monitor security advisories to identify emerging vulnerabilities
• Produce executive-facing communications and reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with program standards and timelines

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or IT operations
• Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management tools
• Hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning and ITSM platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create executive presentations and operational documentation
