Cyber Defense Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a team of innovative network defenders, the full-time Cyber Defense Analyst will perform threat hunting, tactical analysis, and incident response while working remotely from any US-based location.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze network and host activity related to intrusions by advanced attackers
• Conduct network traffic analysis and support enterprise incident response efforts
• Research emerging cyber threats and contribute to threat intelligence reports and briefings

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain DoD Clearance
• BS Degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or network defense
• Experience with Splunk or other SIEM platforms
• Proficiency in digital forensics, malware analysis, and incident response activities
• Strong understanding of Operating Systems and Network Protocols
