A company is looking for a Cyber Defense Analyst - Jr.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity monitoring and cyber defense operations within the SOC environment
• Assist with incident response activities and documentation of cybersecurity incidents
• Monitor and analyze security alerts generated by various security tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
• Experience with cybersecurity monitoring tools such as SIEM and EDR
• Basic understanding of incident response processes and threat analysis concepts
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity standards and cloud security concepts
