Cyber Defense Consultant

Job Summary

To support cyber defense initiatives, the full-time Cyber Defense Consultant will build and maintain technologies and reporting dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage investigative tools to synthesize security data and develop SIEM dashboards for operational metrics
• Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to drive rapid resolution of security issues
• Operationalize threat intelligence to address key organizational threats and advance strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 3 years of experience configuring and maintaining Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies
• 3 years of experience writing reports for executive leadership and technical audiences
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, including metrics and reporting
• 2 years of experience working with cyber defense teams in an operational environment
