Job Summary
Building AI-native products for employee security experiences, the full-time Paranoids Cyber Experience Engineer will design, develop, and ship tools that simplify security tasks while advocating for developer experience and maintaining AI tooling infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship employee-facing AI products that enhance security navigation
- Advocate for the developer experience by collaborating with security engineers to improve usability
- Maintain and grow AI tooling infrastructure, ensuring reliability and accuracy of outputs
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI tools, including prompt engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript
- Experience with API integration and Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
- Familiarity with MySQL for database querying and management
- Clear technical writing skills for documentation and guides
