Cyber Field Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Field Specialist to support the operations of the Clinical Engineering Department with medical equipment IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Connected Device Inventory and medical device integration services
• Provide project and program support for LAN/WAN-based medical equipment network devices
• Foster teamwork and customer satisfaction by promoting collaboration and addressing customer needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience in the support and service of medical equipment and systems
• Formal clinical equipment manufacturer training required
• Expertise with computer operating systems and knowledge of HL7, DICOM, TCP/IP protocols
• Associates Degree or military BMET training; additional degree in Information Systems preferred
• Relevant networking, security, or SysAdmin certifications strongly preferred
