Cyber Fusion Center Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and operation of a Cyber Fusion Center, the full-time Cyber Fusion Center Manager will oversee incident response, SOC operations, and security engineering while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Cyber Fusion Center aligned with business risk and security objectives
• Oversee SOC operations and serve as the primary leader for cybersecurity incident response, including preparation and post-incident review
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and ensure SOC workflows are optimized using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in incident response and SOC operations
• Proven experience in designing and operating SOCs, with knowledge of SIEM and SOAR technologies
• Strong understanding of security operations platforms, endpoint detection, and cloud security
• Experience with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE
