Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of cyber incident response services, the full-time Associate Manager will coordinate teams, engage with clients, and oversee operational execution, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business development teams to design tailored CIR solutions for clients
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of CIR services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client expectations
• Develop training programs to upskill CIR teams globally and foster a culture of continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or incident response, with leadership experience in global operations
• Strong knowledge of incident response lifecycle, data analytics, and security technologies
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects across geographies
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
