Cyber Insider Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insider Risk Analyst - Cyber.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to detections and escalations related to insider threats and provide investigation support
• Identify, collect, and analyze data to validate suspicious behaviors and document findings
• Coordinate investigation steps with internal teams and improve detection processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
• Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions related to government agency customers
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or 2+ years of hands-on experience in security operations
• Experience with Sentinel, Defender, Azure cloud environments, and programming/query languages
