Cyber Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Participating in the identification and mitigation of information security threats, the full-time remote Cyber Intelligence Analyst will analyze endpoint and network data, document security events, and educate clients on complex security topics and risk resolution methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track, and monitor information security threats while performing threat analysis and remediation
• Document security events and their resolutions, ensuring proper communication with clients and asset owners
• Provide support on a rotating basis to enhance the organization's security posture

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst or in relevant Cyber Security incident response roles
• Proficiency in Malware Reverse Engineering, Sandboxing, and SIEM technology
• Significant experience with Linux, TCP/IP, UNIX, MS-Windows, and network security technologies
• Understanding of behavioral-based threat models and advanced cyber threats
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, along with incident response certifications such as GIAC GSEC or GCIH
