Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Invoicing Supervisor to oversee financial operations related to invoicing for the Cyber Incident Response business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of outgoing invoices and maintain quality control processes
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding invoicing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline invoicing workflows and support new billing requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue operations, preferably in cyber or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of invoicing workflows and financial controls
• Experience using data for forecasting and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms is preferred
