Job Summary
To drive the design and enhancement of Cyber and Professional Liability insurance products, the full-time remote Cyber Liability Product Development Attorney will review and draft policy forms, collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and competitiveness, and leverage best practices in product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and create insurance coverage forms for Cyber and Professional Liability products
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet market demands and regulatory standards
- Engage with stakeholders to monitor market trends and provide legal oversight for form development
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a state bar in good standing
- 3 - 5 years of experience in insurance product development or related fields
- Detailed technical knowledge of Cyber and professional liability products
- Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion
- Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% as needed
