Cyber Mission Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with Cyber Tech Leads, the full-time Cyber Mission Manager will establish a technical roadmap for mission outcomes, facilitate feedback between Delivery and Product segments, and ensure alignment with Defense Unicorns' product initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Cyber Domain Delivery Effort and collaborate with Cyber Leads on technical roadmaps
• Align product roadmaps with mission needs and provide feedback to enhance feature adoption
• Balance priorities from various stakeholders to deliver scalable mission value

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
• Proficient in translating pain points into actionable roadmaps for value delivery
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Skilled in expectation management across different personas
• Experience in software delivery for mission success within the tech industry or Department of Defense
