Cyber Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To strengthen global cybersecurity capabilities, the full-time Cyber Operations Engineer will design and implement scalable security solutions, automate workflows, and enhance the organization's security posture while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automations and workflows to improve security processes
• Build and optimize integrations between security tools and platforms
• Develop dashboards, reports, and technical documentation for stakeholders on security operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering, security automation, or related cybersecurity roles
• Strong understanding of security platforms, particularly Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM and ServiceNow
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript) with workflow orchestration experience
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and vulnerability management processes
