Cyber Operations Mission Director

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time Cyber Operations Mission Director will manage relationships with mission heroes, drive product adoption, and facilitate account expansion while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their mission outcomes
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience and expedite time-to-value for new customers while promoting product adoption
• Identify expansion opportunities within current hero accounts and maximize contract value through collaboration with the Cyber Account Executive

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relationship management within the technology or cybersecurity sectors
• Strong understanding of software products and solutions relevant to federal operations
• Experience in account management and driving customer success initiatives
• Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention
• Familiarity with cloud environments and cybersecurity practices
