Cyber Operator

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day execution of vulnerability management workflows, the full-time Cyber Operator will monitor and validate vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation efforts, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently execute workflows of the vulnerability management program, including validation and remediation coordination
• Monitor scanning outputs and threat feeds to identify and escalate emerging vulnerabilities
• Create and manage remediation tickets in ITSM platforms, ensuring follow-up and closure coordination with business-unit owners

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or related fields; relevant internships or coursework may be considered
• Working familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerabilities and patching
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
