Cyber Risk Defense Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage Splunk and Cribl Enterprise engineering and administration, ensuring the integrity and security of data systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, applying expertise to meet organizational goals and deadlines
• Lead proactive monitoring and response efforts to emerging cyber threats against the network
• Coordinate the response to high-impact cybersecurity incidents and drive the execution of incident detection processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum eight years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two years in information security or network engineering
• Two years of experience in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s) is preferred
