Job Summary
As a full-time remote Cyber Risk Defense Consultant, the successful candidate will manage and support an enterprise Splunk environment, oversee cyber threat monitoring, and facilitate security operations while ensuring the integrity and reliability of data and systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects and coordinate resources to meet organizational goals related to cybersecurity
- Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, including the investigation and triage of security events
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Cyber Risk Defense Center teams and upper management to identify and address security gaps
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Minimum two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
- Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
- Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s) is preferred
