Job Summary
To support the expansion of the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage an enterprise Splunk environment, oversee data security integrity, and lead incident response efforts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts and oversees business-specific projects while promoting adherence to procedures and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
- Leads proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, coordinating with teams to ensure effective incident management
- Facilitates communication of investigative findings to non-technical audiences and supports the development of training and process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Minimum two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
- Professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
- Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
