Job Summary
To support the expansion of the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage enterprise Splunk and Cribl engineering and administration, ensuring the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Lead proactive monitoring and response to known or emerging threats against the network, while effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences
- Drive the development of security processes and training, facilitating collaboration between teams and managing security incident responses
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Two (2) years of experience in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams
- Professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
- Knowledge of data integration and onboarding via Cribl Stream
