Cyber Risk Defense Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage Splunk and Cribl Enterprise engineering and administration, supporting cyber threat missions and ensuring the security of data, systems, and networks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and protection of the integrity and reliability of security data and systems
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Conduct complex data analyses and manage incident detection and response processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
• At least two (2) years in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s) is preferred
