Job Summary
To support the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time remote Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage Splunk and Cribl Enterprise engineering and administration, ensuring the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks while leading proactive threat monitoring and incident response efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects by applying deep expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Lead the investigation and triage of security events, coordinating responses to high-impact cyber security incidents
- Facilitate regular operations meetings and drive process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, with at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Minimum two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
- Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Cribl
- Experience with large-scale Linux/Unix deployments
