Cyber Risk Defense Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage and administer Splunk and Cribl environments, oversee security data integrity, and lead threat detection initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and protection of data security, systems, and networks while managing complex projects
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, coordinating incident response and resolution efforts
• Facilitate collaboration between teams, providing insights and feedback to improve security posture and operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including two (2) years in information security or network engineering
• Two (2) years of experience in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s) is preferred
